Happy Sunday loves!! I hope you’re feeling amazing today. This outfit I wore was pulled together quite quickly. Not much thought really went into this one, but undoubtedly it turned out super cute. When shopping, I never really purchase many red articles of clothing. I just don’t gravitate towards this color unless it’s a style that I’m absolutely in love with.
When I saw this cutesy peplum top with gold zippers from Dots, I fell in love! Peplums are always classy, super chic, flirty and flatter almost any body type. I paired this top with my favorite pair of red pants from Old Navy called “The Pixie Pant” **Side Note** Do any of you have any of these??? If you don’t, you need to run to Old Navy and get you a pair! No, like seriously, lol. They fit amazing! I have three different pairs of these pants and I plan on investing in all colors and printed designs that I like.
Now red pants are not a must have for me in a wardrobe but they are great to have. If you see them, they fit well, and they’re reasonably priced, then why not, right? I paired this outfit with these royal purple heels that feature a funky ribbon detail on the top. I found them at a local Houston boutique that has been closed for a couple of years now. These were definitely a splurge for me and I wasn’t paying full price for them. Originally $400 + but I got them on sale for about $100. I’ve had these in my closet for about 4 years, and they still look new! My color blocked, Celine inspired Trapeze bag and purple sunglasses tied the look together and boom…Cherry Bomb baby, lol! What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments. Love you guys for your support! Until then… “Grab your Garb!”
