The Garb Membership 12 month Membership Agreement

Please agree to all membership terms of your membership plan before paying for your plan. Once signed and submitted, you are subject to following all of these membership terms. Her Guiltless Garb runs in accordance to Texas State law.

1. All payments will run on a recurring payment system. Each month my card will be automatically charged exactly one month from my first payment, until my plan has ended.

2. If edits for my looks are needed, I will request them within 2 days of my look book being sent via email. If I miss the timeline to request edits, I will not be receiving edits for that month.

3. I will only receive 3 edits per month.

4. I am aware that 2 of my Garb Chats will be performed via zoom and the remaining 4 will be performed via telephone.

5.If I miss the opportunity to schedule my Garb Chat, I'll be responsible for emailing HGG my specific style requests no later than 1 day after the last day allotted to schedule. If I miss the opportunity to email HGG, my next months outfits will be curated based on my previous personal style requests.

6. I am aware that once I pay my first payment, cancellations are allowed within 48 hrs of that payment.I must send an email to HGG within 48 hrs to cancel, and I will receive 70% of my payment back, and 30% will be retained as a cancellation fee. If I do not request a cancellation via email within that 48 hrs. I will forfeit my payment.

7. I am aware that a late fee of $15 per each day late will accrue on my account if a payment is paid late. I must pay my late fee via the Client Portal in order to continue my membership. If I do not pay my late fee, I risk the chance of losing my money invested into the membership.

8. All communication with HGG will be conducted via telephone call and Zoom video for Garb Chats, via telegram for text messages and to send images, and via email communication for any cancellations, edit requests and any other important information.

9. If HGG is unable to collect anymore payments after the first initial payment is made, my membership will be canceled after the last time that the debit was unsuccessful, and I will lose the money already invested into the membership.

10. If after the first month of having continuous failed payments, it is at the discretion of HGG to terminate my membership at any time if the problem persists for the following month. Termination of memberships will be made aware of via my email address on file.

11. I will receive a total of 36 outfits for my membership plan.

12. 4-5 total pieces will be utilized for the number of items that I receive for each look. At HGG's discretion, more items can be added, but this is the standard number.

13. If I have to reschedule my Garb Chat, it must be done within 48 hrs. of my initial Garb Chat. If I reschedule my Garb Chat on the last day allotted to reschedule, it must be performed on the same day.

14. If I would like for my outfits to be styled around certain pieces in my wardrobe, I must send my pictures via telegram by the last day of my allotted Garb Chat period.

15. If my items are sold out within 48 hrs of my look book being sent, I must contact HGG within 48 hrs of my look book being sent via email, to request replacement items.

16. If my items are sold out after 48 hrs of my look book being sent, I understand that replacement items will not be sent.

17. I will receive 4 Garb Chats and 2 Video Garb Chats via zoom for my monthly membership plan.

18.If I am aware that any of my payments are to run late, and will not be available at the time of my automatic debit, I must contact Her Guiltless Garb via email, 48 hrs before my scheduled payment to make them aware.
